I was only in Taipei for an eight hour stop over and the tour with Garen was the perfect way try amazing food and experience the local culture. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Taiwan.

Agnes is an outstanding host. Full of knowledge about Taiwan, Taipei, and the history. She really shows endless passion for her city and her country. She showed me some wonderful places, besides the normal tourist tracks, without excluding the must sees. And she was flexible to even fulfill special wishes. Full recommendation!

June was a fantastic guide. We didn’t get to eat the food usually highlighted in Taiwan (like beef noodle soup), but I appreciate her approach because we were able to try food from places that tourists would not think to visit - like a morning wet market. She was also attuned to our needs and was very helpful in giving recommendations. Enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend.

Garen was fabulous. We did a food tour but she mixed in a lot of interesting history, culture and commentary on modern Taiwan and it's people. I am also gluten free, which she accomodated as best she could (not easy in Taiwan), even dropping additional things off to one of the restaurants to prepare for me.

Nicholas was very accommodating, tailoring our visit to our requirements and sharing some of his hidden gems. I would recommend Nicholas to others looking to explore Taipei and surrounding areas

Garen is knowledgeable, fun & knows her Taiwanese food. She shared the culture and history of Taiwan and she took us to a Daoist temple. She showed us how to pray. She showed us how to get answers to questions. She explained the offerings. Garen was fun to hang with and was clearly respected in the neighborhood.

A great experience walking around Taipei trying traditional foods and learning about the history and culture. Nicolas was very accommodating to our dietary requirements and tailored the tour well to our interests! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Taipei

It was super fun seeing some of the cool areas outside of Taipei with William! I enjoyed the waterfall the most! Super pretty and scenic. It was also fun to see Jiufen and Shifen!

I loved the tour with Garen! She was super knowledgeable and not only taught me about all the great food taiwan has to offer but some of the more cultural and historical aspects as well!
