We had a great morning in Kyoto with Ryuki, exploring hidden gems of the city, including temples, shrines, statues and food and drink that was not the standard tourist route. He had a great balance of information and letting us explore for ourselves and also gave us good tips for what else to see in Kyoto and where to eat. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Ryuki asked what interested us most and he delivered. From the Shrine of 10,000 gates to the bamboo forest to the large 1,500 year old pagoda, we saw it all. The Japanese barbecue lunch was awesome too. Thank you Ryuki.

Eiji was very informative as you would expect guides to be on this platform but his ability to add in the extra details that appealed to me, architecture / sport / music details and ensured i did not miss the perfect photo opportunity was outstanding.

I’m a foodie. I like to try good, honest local foods. Nasreen took my friend and I for the best local foods ever. Nary a foreigner to be seen, but us. I highly recommend Nasreen for her knowledge and willingness to cater to our preferences. A charming and delightful woman, who becomes your best friend in 10 minutes! I strongly recommend Nasreen.

Eiji was the perfect guid. Well thought out tour. Great bits of insight into the culture. Eiji was easy to talk to and both my son and I really enjoyed the tour.

Ted is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions along the way and made sure to make the tour engaging for our teenage girls as well.

We had a wonderful morning with Ryuki visiting temples and hidden gems. It was a wonderful intro to Kyoto and he even tailored our time to manage the heat of late July by visiting a delicious cherry blossom ice cream shop (our 9 year old loved it). I would absolutely recommend Ryuki to anyone visiting, he is born and raised in Kyoto making this a true "with locals" experience! Thank you Ryuki!

The day we had our private tour with yoshihiro it was raining very hard in Kyoto, and even so we had an amazing time! We learned so much we would not have learned about geishas and its history. He also made sure to give us recommendations that accommodated it us it was a wonderful time and we highly recommend!!!!
