Amazing Istanbul

Amazing food tour with local guide Emre
Emre was an absolute joy to spend the morning with in Istanbul. He took us off the beaten path through some charming neighborhoods away from all the hustle and bustle. He is incredibly knowledgeable and customized the tour to meet our needs. We enjoyed his laid-back personality and all the tastes of the local culture. This was definitely a highlight of our stay! I highly recommend Emre.

The best experience in Istanbul!
The tour we had with Emre was a real gem! He took us to places we would never have discovered by ourselves, in a really nice neighboorhood, where apparently he knew everyone :) Getting to know the city by its food and what locals really eat was amazing. Besides that, he gave us really valuable tips for sightseeing and for other restaurants and cafes. 10/10 experience

Muhammed was awesome
I was only able to spend a few hours with Muhammad but I can’t recommend him highly enough. Lots of insight. He got me to go over to the Asian side of the city and a ride on the ferry. Thank you. Made it special…and a lovely guy!

Sozum was awesome! She took us to places we never would have found on our own, and she told us stories of the food areas and things about the history of the area. We found her very informative and fun to chat with while embibing in some excellent Turkish food.

World Perspective
Emir is truly a citizen of the world. Having lived in several countries, he brings an exceptional perspective to his tours. He has a depth of knowledge on history and it is obvious he loves both the subject and his city. We enjoyed his tour very much. Not least was the excellent baklava at the end.
