A great morning in Hanoi with Loan
Loan was very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely knows her subject. She answered all of our questions about the history of Hanoi and life in Hanoi and Vietnam in general. She took us to places we would never have found by ourselves including the markets and temples. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning with Loan and would book her if we were in Hanoi again and would recommend.

Patient and flexible tour guide
Ngoc was clear, prompt and friendly. She was patient with our young children and customised her tour to our limited capacity to sightsee with little ones. We enjoyed the local food and her local knowledge. Overall we had a nice time

Lien was an amazong tour guide
We had a fabulous time with Lien on the street food tasting tour. She picked amazing places. She was so personable, fun and intelligent. Our communication before was excellent and she made sure to ask us what was I important to us. We told her a few foods we wanted to taste but let her make the choices beyond that. We did a food tour with Ruby that was spectacular! Ruby is knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She took us around to local places (very little tourists) to sample the delicious cuisine. What fun! Don’t hesitate…book Ngoc Ruby now…you won’t regret it.

Really enjoyed the street food tour with Jessica. She’s super nice and the food was delicious and very varied. The food was also very different to a similar tour in Ho Chi Minh. Jessica really took the time to explain local cultures and customs which was really nice as well. 10/10 !!

Great tour customized for our needs
Lien was awesome! She is a lovely communicator and tailored the tour to our needs. She showed us some amazing food spots and we learned a lot about the food scene in Hanoi. She even followed up after the tour to remind us of what we ate and provided a few extra recommendations too! We were both full after the tour, so come hungry!
