We had a great tour with Ruby. It was a good combination of some historical information, sightseeing, food tasting and child friendly games. Our daughter of 7 was tired from the trip over here and therefore a bit difficult. Ruby remained extremely friendly and kept her engaged.

We had the pleasure of a lovely tour with Ruby at the end of June, 2024 with our family (3 kids - 12, 11 & 6). Ruby was fantastic, and catered the tour to our kids with breaks for sugar cane juice, ice cream and cake to keep them interested. Ruby showed us lots of interesting history and markets, and has a beautiful and friendly demeanour, would very highly recommend this tour for families!

I booked the fishing tour with Hang. She was smiling all day and was very accommodating. Hang was a great host despite the weather and always ensured I was enjoying myself. I definitely recommend Hang as your guide when you come to Hanoi.

We absolutely LOVED our family friendly city tour with Hoa. She was full of knowledge, speaks great English & showed us loads of amazing places (she even found us when we were lost). Was a fantastic kick start tour for our family.

I had a very nice tour with Hang. I visited museums and historical sites and it was interesting to get Hang's insights. I now have a better understanding of Vietnamese history. Hang also gave me a tour on the back of her bike, I was a little nervous at first but Hang is an excellent bike rider and i felt very safe. All in all a very enjoyable tour.

Hoa was very helpful and friendly. She really made an effort to include our children and got us around the city. She even went so far as to help us plan other parts of our trips and took great pictures of our family. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great introduction to the city.
